Accenta Asia was founded in 2004 by Gerd Schneider and is after more than 15 years one of the most renowned companies in the field of intercultural management and training in Germany.
Mr. Schneider has 18 years of management and leadership experience in technical sales and marketing from the industry. Of these, he spent a total of 13 years living and working in the industry on four continents (Europe, East Asia, North America, South Africa,) before founding Accenta Asia.
After Accenta Asia was initialy specialized in consulting and training only for East Asian countries, the expertise was successively expanded to WORLDWIDE ALL TARGET REGIONS.
Today, Mr. Schneider is the Managing Director of Accenta Asia and, together with his staff and over 50 trainers, very successfully supports internationally active companies in building their international business.
In addition, he comments on current topics in Asian business in specialist articles.
He is the author of two reference books:
