Training “Living and Working in Korea”

If you intend to send employees to Korea for a longer period of time, it is important to prepare the prospective expatriates for their time in Korea in a sound and practical way. To ensure that the assignment does not fail due to cultural differences, Accenta Asia offers preparation trainings for the assignment to Korea.

Relevance of our expatriation training

In our usually 2-day training “Living and Working in Korea”, we prepare employees and managers for the important aspects of dealing with business partners and colleagues in Korea, as well as for many other everyday situations.

The preparation for private life in the target country (socialization and settling in) together with the expatriate partners also plays an important role for business success in Korea. In addition, we train participants prior to an assignment specifically for selected business situations such as employee management, behavior at meetings or giving presentations.

Especially important for Expats

„Empirical research shows that between 27% and 35% of expatriate assignments end with the expatriate returning home prematurely. This must be prevented! Intensive country-specific preparation provides crucial guidance to the expatriate and the family leaving with them“. (Source: CDC, own translation)
